The power meal 

The açaí bowl is the reason why the purple berry got so popular in healthy lifestyle-communities. All around the world many açaí bars pop up where you can eat great varieties of açaí bowls. The healthy bowl can be served as power breakfast, nice lunch or healthy snack. Use the toppings you like to pump it up.

Preparation

  1. Blend the açaí, a banana, cocos yoghurt or alternative until the consistence is smooth and firm.

  2. Pour the açaí mixture into a bowl.

  3. Add your favorite toppings : nuts, seeds, granola, sliced banana, berries, edible flowers, etc.
