The beauty smoothie
This yellow passion smoothie tastes sweet with a sour touch. It gives your skin a natural glow and lowers your stress levels. Passion fruit contains a lot of vitamin A, vitamin C, and magnesium, which reduces stress. Passion pulp is also a good source of dietary fiber. Additionally, passion fruit offers a small amount of iron. A great smoothie to use as lunch or snack to power up your day.
Preparation
Blend passion drops, mango drops and coco drops with a small banana, 150ml rice milk and (vegan) yoghurt or vegan alternative.
Pour into your favorite smoothie jar and enjoy.
